The three IBO programmes (PYP-MYP-DP) share many educational principles. Each programme is intended to promote the whole person, emphasizing the importance of a broad and balanced education.
The three programmes aim to promote:

* International understanding
* responsible citizenship
* the importance of learning how to learn, of student inquiry and communication

As part of the IBO’s continuum of programmes, the MYP naturally follows the PYP and can serve as excellent preparation for the Diploma Programme.
